The breakfast room is on the ground floor with an original Yorkshire range, and has a window overlooking the lower valley. Outside, there are a number of parking spaces, and you will also have your own patio overlooking the valley where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view. The one key element of the house is the quiet, natural surroundings. Salmon can even be seen swimming up the river in the Autumn.

Follow this road until you pass a house called Woodloes then you will pass under another railway bridge, Broom House is directly on the right after the bridge. there is a sign outside the house and it is always well lit especially in the winter.
